Hi, I am Gemma
I’ve spent years working with families and the professionals who care for their children. As the founder of Gems4Moms, I help connect families with skilled nannies, babysitters and newborn care specialists, while also providing the training caregivers need to feel confident in the work they do.
Building Your Village grew from something I see every day: parents have questions, caregivers have questions, and none of us are meant to figure all of this out alone.
So I created a space where we can talk about it. The real stuff. The questions we don’t always know who to ask. And the advice, experience and support that can make caring for children feel a little less overwhelming.
Because raising a child really does take a village.
